After dropping a great first song on us months ago, NovaKord are finally releasing their first album.
Saturday April 7th at The Basement in East Atlanta Village NovaKord is having t heir album release show with the support of Dark Room, Wowser Bowser, and We Roll Like Madmen.
We got to take an early listen to the record and it’s certainly one of the strongest efforts we’ve heard this year.
Screw that garage sound, this album is loud and clear, written well, and going to set these guys up for an awesome year.

Wild Child is stopping into Atlanta tonight for one of their first shows on a mini tour to SXSW.
Wild Child began with Kelsey Wilson and Alexander Beggins singing ukulele love songs written and shared over red wine and old photographs. The two met for the first time just three days prior to a six-week tour with a different band and instantly became enamored with their new life on the road.
With northern U.S. parks and fields as their backdrop and a tour van as their practice studio, Kelsey and Alexander formed their first ten songs, flawlessly documenting the ups and downs of a less than idealistic yet enchanting romance.
Wild Child has evolved since then into a six-piece band adding keys, bells, banjo, cello and percussion to the mix.
